At NANOTEST, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, provided the product is unopened and in original packaging. For opened items, we will assess the return on a case-by-case basis. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

To start your return process, please contact our customer service team. You will receive a Return Authorization Number, which is needed for processing your return. All products must be shipped back to us in their original condition to qualify for a refund. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our services.
